Terminal A -> Enterprise
You are at Carousel 7, Terminal A, Level 2.
Steps
- Baggage claim: From Carousel 7 in Terminal A, Level 2, turn around and walk to the nearby elevator.
- Elevator to Level 1: Take the elevator down to Level 1 (Rental Cars / Ground Transportation).
- Enterprise counter: When you exit the elevator, the rental counters are ahead. Enterprise is toward the middle-left of the row, between Sixt and National. Go to the Enterprise counter for your keys and paperwork.
- Rental Car exit: Return toward the elevator area and follow the "Rental Car" exit, going around the elevator block to the door.
- Cross to Garage A: Exit the terminal and cross the road to Garage A.
- Enterprise pickup: On ground level in Garage A, Enterprise pickup is on your right, just after National. Continue to your assigned Enterprise car.

Terminal B -> Enterprise
You are at Carousel 25, Terminal B, Level 2.
Steps
- Baggage claim: From Carousel 25 in Terminal B, Level 2, turn around and walk to the nearby elevator.
- Elevator to Level 1: Take the elevator down to Level 1 (Rental Car counters).
- Enterprise counter: From the elevator, Enterprise is toward the middle-left of the counter row, between Thrifty and Alamo. Go to the Enterprise counter for your keys and paperwork.
- Rental Car exit: Return toward the elevator area and follow the "Rental Car" exit to leave the terminal.
- Cross to Garage B: Cross the road to Garage B.
- Enterprise pickup: On ground level in Garage B, Enterprise pickup is on your right, after National and Alamo. Continue to your assigned Enterprise car.
