Steps

Terminal note: These steps apply to Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. Terminal 3 usually has one extra escalator up before the Sky Train platform.
  1. Terminal: From Baggage Claim, follow Sky Train / Rental Cars signs and take escalators UP to the Sky Train platform.
  2. Sky Train: Ride to the Rental Car Center (last stop).
  3. Enter RCC: Walk straight from the train. Look for overhead Enterprise signs and enter through the Enterprise doors.
  4. Enterprise counter: Walk into the main hall to the Enterprise counter.
  5. To Level 2: After getting your keys, walk away from the Enterprise counter and turn left, toward Payless. Continue straight to the escalators and take them DOWN to Level 2.
  6. Pickup: On Level 2, walk through the garage doors to Enterprise pickup.
